Last year, we heard from Favour - a Support Worker in Whitby, on her new venture into Adult Social Care.
One year later she explains, in her own words, the journey she has been on since - with the incredible accomplishment of completing her Action Learning Executive MBA and how this has enhanced her role as a Support Worker at Moorview Care.
