Celebrating 25 Years and Looking Ahead – Moorview Care's 2025 Business Plan

As we step into spring—a season of growth and renewal—it feels like the perfect moment to reflect on the journey we’ve shared and the exciting path ahead.

The close of the business year offers a chance to pause and recognise the incredible dedication, compassion, and commitment that defines Moorview Care. Over the past 12 months, we’ve continued to make a real difference: championing co-production, supporting Gloriously Ordinary Lives, and keeping our values at the heart of everything we do.

Across our teams, the people we support, and the wider Moorview Care community, countless moments of care, connection and progress have helped shape who we are today—and where we’re going next.

Now, as we launch our 2025/26 business plan in our 25th anniversary year, we do so with purpose, pride, and ambition.

Despite the ongoing challenges in the Social Care sector—including limited funding and new pressures like the National Insurance rise—we remain focused on the reason we’re all here: the people we support. We're proud to be part of the Providers Unite coalition, pushing for the change our sector urgently needs.

Our business plan for 2025/26 is rooted in five clear priorities:

✅ Investing in our team – developing skills, growing leaders, and nurturing our culture

✅ Innovating and evolving – embracing new opportunities, while staying true to our mission

✅ Enhancing quality and trust, so we remain a leader in the sector

✅ Sustaining our future – balancing growth with responsibility and impact

With 18 new projects already in motion and a shared vision to disrupt the status quo and inspire excellence, there’s so much to look forward to. From celebrating our achievements to building an even stronger future, 2025 is set to be one of our most meaningful years yet.

As we look ahead, we're proud of the progress made and energised by what’s to come. Together, as a community rooted in care and purpose, we’re ready to make 2025/26 our most impactful year yet. 💚
