Our Leadership Team are responsible for delivering Moorview Care's vision by creating, supporting and monitoring strategic priorities. The Leadership Team work to embed our values in a positive workplace culture. Using their skill and combined knowledge, Leadership help guide everyone at Moorview Care to continue on a path of excellence in care delivery and putting the people we support at the centre of everything we do.
Julie Wells-Colley
CEO
Julie has worked in adult social care for over 30 years and is passionate about positive outcomes for people, no matter what support they need. Julie joined the Moorview Care team, initially as Chief Operating Officer in 2020 to oversee all aspects of Operations ensuring the individuals we support have the opportunities and tools to live the life they choose.

Over the past 30 years Julie has always been determined to ensure that people not only receive the care and support they want and need, but to have hopes and dreams, rights and opportunities; basically to live a gloriously ordinary life.
Nicki Dixon
Director of Operations
Nicki joined Moorview Care as a Deputy Manager and quickly progressed up to the Leadership Team and to Director of Operations covering all localities. Nicki has over 26 years experience in the care sector and over 23 years experience in management, residential and domiciliary including multi-site management in mental health and learning disabilities.
Nicki's role at Moorview Care is to oversee the services within her region and ensure we continue to provide the highest quality of care for our clients. She is Co-Production Lead, chair for Moorview Matters inclusion group and Quality Lead for all localities.
Stacey Carr
Director of People & Culture
Stacey is responsible for providing effective leadership, developing an inclusive workforce, and transforming current organisation development strategies, contributing to our vision, mission and strategic plan. Stacey champions the development of Moorview Care’s ways of working underpinned by our values.
Stacey leads the People & Culture Team, made up of our HR and Learning & Development Teams. Stacey chairs our Team Voice forum and is our Equality & Diversity Champion Lead.
Janette Walker
Director of Governance & Development
Janette has had a career in the adult social care sector for the last 15 years. She had worked in many sectors including brain injury rehabilitation, learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs. Since joining Moorview Care in 2021, Janette has helped lead the expansion of our services - previously as the Director of Operations for Hull and East Yorkshire. She ensures all our people, both clients and our team, are happy and well cared for.
Janette oversees our positive behavioural support provision along with health and safety, as well as helping shape the strategic direction of the company with an eye for growth.
Management Team
Sam Robinson
Head of Operations
Sam joined Moorview Care in January 2023, with over 10 years of experience in the sector. ​Sam provides support and leadership to the different locality regions within the organisation to deliver person centred care. As part of her role, Sam reviews and monitor quality and compliance within the services to ensure we deliver a high quality service to our clients and work in line with Regulations. Project work is another important part of Sam's role which includes work around Positive Behavioural Support, Policies and Procedures and Quality Assurance.

Jemma Askew
After working in Social Care for the majority of her working life, Jemma joined the team in June 2024. She has broad experience in a number of different roles from Support Worker to Manager and Adult Learning Coordinator. Jemma is an advocate for continuous learning, believing that we have always got something more and something new to learn.

Louise Thompson
Registered Manager - East Coast & Hull
Louise joined Moorview Care in May 2024. Her career in care began working with Children and Young people with complex behaviours that challenge. Since then, Louise has worked across the care sector including Learning Disability, Mental Health and Acquired Brain injury Rehabilitation services.
Louise shares Moorview Care's values and is passionate about our Clients receiving the best support to live Gloriously Ordinary Lives!
Each and every one of our Moorview Care team are fantastic at what they do. We hand-pick each member of our team ensuring they not only agree with our Values, but they really believe in them and have a real understanding of them and why they make us, us.
