We are LGBTQIA+ allies and support our non-binary team members. We continue to invest in our people, regardless of their gender, through our apprenticeship bonuses, our Pathway to Leadership Programme and many more benefits which can all be found on our internal system, MVCX, in our Benefits Guide & Coaching Directory.

As well as completing our annual Gender Pay Gap Report, at Moorview Care we undertake a quarterly competitor analysis of pay to ensure we are in-line or above industry expectations. Our Director of People & Culture and their dedicated team reports and analyses statistics on our entire team constantly to ensure we're exceptional employers and that our people are happy and thriving at Moorview Care.
